WHY LEAVE IT TO THE PROFESSIONALS?

Establishing a company involves a lot of paperwork, going round the various authorities and sorting lots of things out. First, you need to come up with a name (business name) for your company and then verify that it is not interchangeable with another company’s name. After that, it is time to arrange the company’s registered office and objective(s), as well as visit a notary to draw up a notarial deed on the company’s incorporation. You then go to the bank to open a new bank account, into which you deposit the registered capital to establish the company. After the bank has been dealt with, you will have to go to the Trade Licensing Office or the Commercial Court in Prague, culminating in the filing of an application for registration of the company in the Commercial Register. Just the thought is exhausting, isn’t it? Save your precious time and nerves, leave it to the professionals and you will get it done without any hassle, and most importantly it will be done right.

If you are a sole trader, you have to visit the Trade Licensing Office. On the other hand, if you are a legal entity, you will go to the Commercial Court in Prague.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

In the case of an unqualified trade, practically nothing. All you have to do is sign a Consent or Power of Attorney, and we will do all the work for you. For both qualified and licensed trades, we also need you to provide us with a certificate of education or a certificate of experience, depending on the type of activity.
